The room wasnice and neat, with no outside noise. The restaurant served delicious food, although a little pricey. we highly recommend Poblado hotel for a pleasant stay in Covenas.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We also loved how comfortable the facilities were, and how well-maintained they were too. And speaking of quiet, there was no outside noise that disturbed our peaceful stay here. Bonus: the food at the restaurant was delicious and filling, though a bit overpriced.
We noticed that there were two things that weren't up to the mark. the arepa recipe wasn't authentic, and it didn't taste like it was supposed to.

Staff was very kind and the service was excellent. The facilities were comfortable and clean, providing enhanced comfort and quality. The location was ideal, with the hotel directly on the beach, offering easy access to leisure activities. The room amenities were top-notch, with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable bed. The dining experience was delightful, with both breakfast and dinner being delicious. Although the food at the restaurant and bar was a little pricey, it was well worth it. we highly recommend this place to everyone. It exceeded our expectations in every way.

The location was perfect with a great view from the room. the facilities were comfortable and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and the restaurant had great options. We also enjoyed the quietness of the area, which made it easy to relax.

Our overall experience was negatively affected by the lack of hot water and poor water quality. the drinks at the bar were overpriced and not worth the cost.
